Creatio 8.3 “Twin” Release: AI joins the team

We had the chance to preview the new Creatio 8.3 release during the No-Code Days in Florida — and now it’s official: With its new “Twin” Release model, Creatio delivers not just technological improvements, but a clear vision for the platform — positioning AI as a co-pilot in daily work.

At the heart of the release is Creatio.ai, which is now deeply embedded across the platform. With new role-based AI Agents that operate within existing workflows, repetitive tasks are automated — without taking control away from the user. The goal: enhance human decision-making, not replace it.

The Twin model consists of a Core Release (with versioning, Application Hub upgrades, deployment improvements) and a Composable Apps Release that delivers ready-to-use business applications. For organizations, this means faster implementation, greater maintainability — and a CRM platform that actively supports users.

As a partner closely involved in Creatio’s roadmap, we help businesses define strategic AI use cases and integrate them effectively across sales, marketing, and service.
